This was great for my partner and I to give each other a coffee enema. Wakes you up but also cleans the body of toxic substances. Defintiely a buy.

Very simple to use. Holds a nice deal of water and easy to squeeze the ball. Usually 2-4 fills will clean you out. Use a little lube for easy insert. Very simple and quick to use without the beaded sleeve. But for a little extra added pleasure slide the beaded sleeve on. Just be sure to tighten down the end so you do not lose the top inside of you. ICK!! Made this way so that you can clean the unit easily I am sure. After using the unit and cleaning it with antibacterial liquid soap I pour some alcohol into the bulb to make sure it is very germ free. Enjoy.
