I wanted to strengthen my muscles, and I thought this would be a nice one to try as it is labeled for a beginner. Beginner at what I am not sure, as this item was too firm/hard/uncomfortable, I couldn’t even get close to inserting the whole thing, basically a waste of money, find a smaller one.
