Battery pack only, must purchase the vibrating part separately, but that’s how it’s always been. Lots of settings to choose from and an impressive vibrating intensity For a battery powered vibrator. The battery unit lasts me a couple years. This is a great product manufacturer, I’ve only had trouble with one item in the past and California Exotics replaced it.

7 DIFFERENT FUNTIONS. 3 SPEADS LOW, MEDIUM, AND FAST. THE OTHER 5 SETTINGS HAVE VARYING RYTHEMS. I REALLY LIKE THIS AND HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL FOR BACHLORETTES.

I like this product. It is easy to use. You do not need to run thru all of the settings to turn it off, the easy off button is very nice. It is pretty quiet as well and powerful

Already stopped working thought it needed new batteries but still nothing. Very disappointed, bought another bullet from Adam and Eve cheaper and works better with more power.

Something is wrong with mine right out of the box. The right button toggles through 7 frequencies, but the left button just resets back to the first frequency. The unit does not turn off. The battery must be removed to turn the unit off. I know this is wrong.
